MSA Primary Care is a well-established practice with experienced physicians and nurses. Patients praise the warm and friendly care provided by Dr. May, who takes a genuine interest in their health. Appointments are thorough and unhurried. The office staff is helpful, and they often schedule same-day visits with a nurse practitioner when patients are unwell. While the phone lines can be busy at times, patients appreciate the prompt response to messages regarding concerns or medication refills. The practice has received positive feedback for its overall care and service, exceeding the experiences of patients at previous primary care offices. However, some patients have reported difficulties with the MyChart patient portal, finding it complicated and frustrating to navigate.

I recently had to get my nursing physical done, and the process was smooth, efficient, and thorough. A special shoutout to Lauren Fields, who was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire appointment stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients.

Starting to be concerned. Hard to get through and make an appointment if you’re sick. Long waits on hold. I am pretty pleased with level of care but they seem to be too busy sometimes . Have sent messages through the message service and no matter what you write all you get is a generic answer. What sense is it to have a message service if you don’t respond,
I am sharing what I have been going through. Was in the office after coughing and feeling bad. Had an xray. Showed bilateral pneumonia. Was given a second round of antibiotics, prednisone and cough meds with codeine. Had a second Xray. Called the following day to see what the xrays showed and tell them there was no improvement. Been waiting 3 days now for a phone call from their office. This office is so bad about calling you back. Still coughing and chest is tight. DO I STILL HAVE PNEUMONIA?
