Moundbuilders is one of the best Dental Offices in the tri-county area, with a friendly hygienist who is easy to talk to and gets patients in and out on time. Dr. Jump is always friendly and timely. Dr. Robertson and all staff went above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to get patients in early due to a cancellation, creating a wonderful experience.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to anxiety and fear, but Moundbuilders completely changed that for me. I had to get 4 fillings done in one visit, and I was incredibly nervous—but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe the entire time. They gave me a blanket, a lavender-scented towel, a stress ball, and even had a therapy dog who truly helped calm my nerves. Everyone spoke so kindly and gently to me, checking in often, explaining everything step-by-step, and constantly reminding me I was doing great, that I was safe, and that I was in control. Their compassion meant the world to me. If you have dental anxiety or just want to be treated with true care and respect, I cannot recommend Moundbuilders enough.
Everyone, Dr's Hygienists, Assistants and receptionists have to be the most caring professional friendly amazing group of people in dentistry that I have ever met.and I have had experiences with several Dentists throughout my 55 years.. they are absolutely incredible people. I love them. Will never go to any other!
