After basically being shoved out of LMH, within an hr of finding out my Mother was being discharged that evening (after 5P), with unanswered questions and concerns. Victoria, with Lincare Newark, was at our aid! She brought the oxygen concentrator, back up large tanks, and portable small tanks, explained how everything operated, and put us at ease.
Today, Tess came to swap out the loud concentrator, for a much quieter machine, also brought along the new portable concentrator. She ensured we knew how to operate, charge, and how long the portable machine lasts.

I had a bad experience with another company so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was delightfully surprised with the care and customer service I received from everyone at Lincare. They took so much time to make sure I understood my options, and worked very hard to deal with my extremely uncooperative physician’s office. Wesley and Debbie were tremendous though everyone worked hard to help me through the process. Truly a rare sight to see such attention and concern.
They have fantastic customer care service!! We are traveling across the USA and my son needed to exchange O2 tanks, they made it a very smooth transaction! Missy was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend using this company.
