Was seen for an allergic reaction, sent meds to CVS, CVS was closed, told me they would send the meds to Kroger pharmacy, waited the next day and script was never sent. Now I'm stuck waiting to hear from a supervisor over their own messes. Im itching and in pain and it's a fight over paperwork. When I told them I could come back in and be seen again they said no wait for a supervisor. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL GO SOME WHERE ELSE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS
Costs are outrageous. Had a CT scan of abdomen and pelvis with contrast and the bill was over 9,000 dollars. Cleveland Clinic in Columbus charges 2500.00 for it. Called and asked for a reduction which you only get it if you don't make enough money or they will put you on a payment plan where you will pay them for years!
Stay away if possible.
I've had noting but amazing doctors and nurses that have had excellent bedside manners and when I got diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure they took care me like I was priority 💯 percent which I was for sure .I had all really good nurses and doctors but most of all excellent and caring loving nurse Katie Smith she was my absolute favorite.she explained everything to me that was going to be going on and my diagnosis which was Congestive heart failure. I now see a nurses at cardiac rehab every couple weeks and I see my cardiologist here sooner.
