My husband and I just had an inspection completed by this business. The inspection was needed to fulfill a refinancing requirement by our mortgage company. They arrived same day, we’re incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They charge was more than reasonable for the services offered as they are licensed to complete the necessary forms by the bank. Luckily our home was free of any signs of any pests (yep, they’re an honest business!). We both highly recommend this company and while we hope we never need any of their other services, if we do this is the first place we’ll call!
