Had a great professional experience with NDC & tech Carter Reid who was called out in extreme heat to fix an air conditioning unit that was inoperable. Tech arrived within a couple hours and quickly found the problem, made the repair, and now unit is functioning normal. I didn't expect that quick of service with all the heat related problems today.
