We had a great experience with Brandon doing the inspection on our soon to be home. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain the findings and give his professional opinions. He was available post inspection to answer any follow up questions and made us feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. 10/10!
If I could give 100 stars, I would. I hired Brandon to inspect a home that I was contracted to buy in the New Philadelphia, Ohio area. Brandon provided an extremely thorough and detailed inspection. He went through his findings in a very understandable way with photos--it felt like a conversation with pictures. He identified issues that would have cost me significant money to resolve. In the end, I decided not to purchase the house, and I am happy with that decision. In summary, Brandon didn't speak to me in legalese; he told me what he found and what I might do to remediate.
