The only one that knows how to cut hair properly is Mandy !!! The owner is a control freak thinking she owns the whole block. Snitch to others around her. Got my hair cut back in 2020 from the owner. She made me look like Bert from Bert and ernie. Highly recommend Mandy. But don't let the other lady cut your hair.

Called yesterday talked to the owner told her I need a root touch up inch & half, and I was a bleach blonde an my last root touch up was by Reckon and they were able to use color and match it up perfect. She like well I use Russ (however its spell never heard of it). She put a application on my hair it it turn my roots from soft black grey to brown,oranges. Then she started insulting my ends and the blonde I had , by saying it would look better with everyother strand blonde highlights.I knew then she f*** my hair up!!
