I called Tanner on Thursday and he came as soon as possible Saturday morning to do an assessment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He even offered product knowledge to us to tackle the job ourselves if we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone!

Updated. After mentioning the issues I had. I was contacted by the company and asked about the issues that were missed on the report. I was very pleased with the level of sincerity and professionalism while working through the issues that happened. We came to an agreement and the matter was addressed. My complaint was handled professionally and quickly. Overall they did a wonderful job.

Tanner was great. Super professional and incredibly flexible with his schedule to work with what was convenient for us. Incredibly thorough with his home inspection and a wealth of information about each issue we countered. Came prepared with a booklet of local businesses that he provided us with, including who we could work with to resolve any issues discovered during the inspection. Less than 24 hours and we had a report on the house for us and the realtor. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who was needing a home inspection.Update: Last home fell through due to seller.
