“overll our experience with nitro was positive. We had several odd jobs that we need completed that were each a little different. Seth, Josh, & Josh did great work on each of those jobs. They were also very helpful answering questions and explaining everything in detail. The crew was super helpful. My only complaint was that it was a struggle to schedule the job. We had a lot of rain so I know they got busy but whenever I called to check on our job status I either didn’t get clear answers or no one responded when I called. Overall good experience but the customer support could have been better.“
