I called Nitro for a leaky roof and Josh Hilliard was assigned to the job. Josh could not have been more professional, thoughtful and careful. His follow up after the repair was amazing to make sure everything was good to go and his repair did the job. Nitro is not just a great roofing company, they're one of the best service organizations I've had the pleasure to work with. It's nice knowing who I can call whenever I have a problem and I will be taken care of so well.
Everyone I had contact with were very pleasant and professional. The initial contact person was Dusty Frey and he was easy to explain to what I wanted done and very knowledgeable as to how we could get it done. The site supervisor was also professional and kept checking on progress throughout the process. I have received many good comments on how the new roof looks.
Received great advice on products and colors as well as scheduling the work during our vacation and couldn’t be happier! Everything went great due to excellent communication and people who are building a business with integrity. Will recommend to everyone.
