I called Nitro for a leaky roof and Josh Hilliard was assigned to the job. Josh could not have been more professional, thoughtful and careful. His follow up after the repair was amazing to make sure everything was good to go and his repair did the job. Nitro is not just a great roofing company, they're one of the best service organizations I've had the pleasure to work with. It's nice knowing who I can call whenever I have a problem and I will be taken care of so well.
Soon after I called about the storm damage I had someone came out, gave me an estimate & wrote up the job. It took awhile to get back for the repair with the number of storm repairs .
Had a bad storm the other week and the cap on my roof blew off. I called up Nitro on a Saturday and they were out Monday morning to fix the cap. They came back after getting all the other customers roofs fixed and replaced the entire cap. They did an awesome job! Thanks Nitro for everything!
