“I first came in to Rockwood Cleaners in New Albany on September 10. I brought in a 2-piece mens suit that needed cleaning and pressing, as well as repair of a fallen hem to the left leg. David greeted me at the Counter and made me feel very welcome. I met a couple of the alteration specialists there. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. It was hard to believe it was the same gown. The wedding gown is now pure white and more beautiful than ever. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaners sent the jacket out of town for special leather cleaning. When I saw the jacket I could not believe the transformation . The faux fur felt so soft . It looked like a brand new coat.
