“We had a large cellular shade in our loft window and unfortunately the cord snapped. We didn’t want to buy new blinds b/c for starters they were custom sized and the blinds themselves were still in great shape. So my husband contacted this company and arranged dropped off and pickup. They are always willing to do what is asked. I have always had a different team each time, but have requested a specific team to come every time, so this may take care of this issue.
