Bill and his team at My Dirty Blinds did a fantastic job handling a somewhat complicated repair for my rental property. We needed several blinds cleaned, one restrung, and a batch of Levolor warranty replacements installed. Bill was upfront and honest throughout the process, and when a couple of the replacement shades came back from the manufacturer not quite matching the original specs, he followed up and made sure everything was corrected properly rather than leaving it as is. I am so glad I found this company! I needed repair to a cellular blind because it wasn't going up/down anymore. I didn't want to just replace it because it matches a much bigger set. I brought it to the shop and Bill was very knowledgeable and professional. It wasn't just a broken string but a component of the hardware that needed fixed. He had to order the part and it was repaired and ready for me in the time frame given. Saved me a lot of money and headache trying to match colors/style of the others in the room. I will gladly recommend and will use them again if ever needed. A joy to work with!

We took 8 large sets of faux wood blinds to Dirty Blinds for cleaning. They did an excellent job in a very short time. It is nice to know that the blinds are thoroughly cleaned, and they look so much better! It was less expensive for us to take the blinds to them rather than having them to come to our house, remove, clean and rehang the blinds, but they offer both services. They also give a senior citizens discount. And, best of all, they are super friendly, super nice people. Highly recommend Dirty Blinds of Columbus.
