Great class! It is so important to work our muscles as we lose muscle mass through the aging process. Kara is so attuned to this and creates opportunities for us to work and listen to our bodies.

This place is like "Cheers". The place where everybody knows your name. The instructors are great and classes have a variety of levels that never feel competitive. The folks that come to class are also like a big family and are warm to new folks. Special place.

I went to a Restorative Flow Class in New Albany today with Kara as the instructor. This was a great mix of restorative and flow! I highly recommend Go Yoga and Kara. Go Yoga also offers faster paced flow classes as well as power yoga. They also offer slower paced and mindfulness classes like deep stretch, relax & restore, and meditation.
