This place is like "Cheers". The place where everybody knows your name. The instructors are great and classes have a variety of levels that never feel competitive. The folks that come to class are also like a big family and are warm to new folks. Special place.

I went to a Restorative Flow Class in New Albany today with Kara as the instructor. This was a great mix of restorative and flow! I highly recommend Go Yoga and Kara. Go Yoga also offers faster paced flow classes as well as power yoga. They also offer slower paced and mindfulness classes like deep stretch, relax & restore, and meditation.

It was wonderful practicing here but when it came time to cancel my membership I was charged again and I’ve reached out multiple times with no response from the studio on a resolution

GoYoga is a little slice of heaven on earth. The peace that yoga has brought to my life has been a blessing. My anxiety and restless nights have greatly diminished due to my practice. I have been a grateful client since 2012 and find the variety of classes and instructors simply the best. Members have access to use any of the 9 locations throughout the Columbus metropolitan area which adds to the array of classes and instructors you can experience. There is no judgement and the instructors really get to know their participants and provide a safe place for all to practice. It truly is my happy place and I love everything about GoYoga.

GoYoga is my “ go to” place for yoga in New Albany… instructors are amazing and they all bring something different to the table! They also have great merch! I would highly recommend this studio to novices and experts alike.
