Then, the instructors meticulously bring my nervous system into balance with stretching and breathing. The icing on the cake is the incredible staff: the incredible instructors, the front desk girls who do so much, not to mention the owner who is using her knowledge and passion to improve people’s lives. Barre3 New Albany has been the absolute best thing for my physical and mental health. After having my second baby, I was so lost physically and mentally. The community and instructors is incredible. I feel so much stronger after every class. Highly, highly recommend!!
