BEST GYM!! The staff treats you like family. My second day and so many options and opportunities to be physically healthy and to be able to keep up with my 6 year old daughter hopefully in a few months. Great place to be.

Love this gym! Started with just bootcamps and Shelby got me wedding day ready. She was excellent at pushing the extra mile from the class as well as joining in to feel the burn along side us. My husband and I both are now active members to the gym after my great experience and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this gym! If you’re looking for group classes, one on one training, or you’re a lone wolf- Lashley fits the vibe for it all.
