I visited the clinic today for the first time for my appointment with Dr. Kohler. He and his staff are very professional and explained his analysis well. I was seen promptly and all were very professional. I've now found my new clinic.

Five stars to Dr. Koehler, the new opthalmologist. I have been seeing Drs. Sherman, Koso, Reeder since the 1970s when Drs. Sherman were downtown on 229.Vicki, the helpful and wonderfully friendly optician retired in January :(. She has been "replaced" by a woman who told me that I had never purchased glasses there, they had no record, and then refused to let me browse, and laid 5 pairs in front of me. NO STARS TO HER! I have never been so rudely treated in my entire life!I left without buying. I always buy glasses at every eye exam. She just doesn't know how to pull up old records! Please hire someone with patience who understands customer service! No wonder my friends...read full review

My family and I have been a patient with this people for about a year, as all of us have some type of corrective lenses. My first appointment with them was a routine eye exam. I along with my sister, who also had an appointment, waited longer than expected to see the doctor, but eventually we got in. Both the technician and the main optometrist i saw were professional, and the tech was very friendly. I am not particularly good with things touching my eye, so I was somewhat uncomfortable but this guy was very helpful making the process easier.
