Called for check up on AC unit. Levi was the service tech. He thoroughly checked and diagnosed the issue with my AC unit. Explained the TXV was faulty and needs replaced. Advised me to not use the system until it can be fully repaired.

We needed an Emergency appt because our hot water heater was not properly venting and was pushing carbon dioxide and monoxide back into our basement. Called a few other places first. I was looking at 2-3 days out… Someone from Cosby was here same day ( within 20 mins actually) and was able to thankfully clear the vent and get us back to safe and having hot water FAST and fair priced. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL. Also, thank you for not using AI agents for appointments. I appreciated talking to a HUMAN when I needed help not a bot.
