So glad to get fast appointment for infected tooth. Dr. C got surgeon in to pull tooth within the hour. Great service. Fantastic care. Most professional. Best dentist office in Knox County and yes I have been to many others. Thanks Dr Carpenter and staff, you guys rock.

One thing I’ve always looked out for is how the dentists treat their staff. I didn’t see that growing up and it always made me mad and feel uncomfortable. Both doctors have been kind to the staff. Treating them with well deserved respect. I’ve always had a wonderful experience from the front desk help, to the dental hygienists, & both doctors.

This was my first visit with Carpenter dental. My daughters and I all had appointments. I was worried my 3 yr old would be scared and not sit still. This was her first trip to the dentist ever. But she did great! They have tvs on the ceiling kids can watch. It was a calm atmosphere. They did great with her! They talked to her and told her what they were going to do before they did it, and explained everything. Bonus, the girls got to take a picture with their giant toothbrush pillow ?.
