I cannot say enough good things about Hirons Memorial Works and the exceptional service they provided for my father's veteran memorial placard.
I live out of state, so coordinating everything could have been challenging, but Ron made the entire process effortless. From my first phone call, he was professional, respectful, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. He took the initiative to coordinate with the funeral home to obtain the veteran placard and had it installed at the cemetery within just three business days of my initial contact.
