I hate the fact that pretty much every time I've called I've had to wait at least half an hour if not more for someone to call me back. That being said, the customer service agents are very knowledgeable and have been able to sort out a variety of different problems.
Poor customer support. They make smart door controllers but the set up and instructions are absolutely the worst of any product I’ve purchased.

Once I had it their Aladdin Connect up and running it operates great and all feature work.
I called the 800# for technical service. The expert I spoke with was Felicia. She was absolutely one of the most patient, informative, and customer focused representatives I have ever talked to. Today's companies talk about being Customer Centric. Many fall very short.
Felicia worked me through a process on a product that was 7 years old; "WOW". I never heard anything but positive responses, reassurances, excellent calming tone, and product expertise. Customers need this type of service in this crazy world that fakes Customer Centric / Focus.
