Tyesha Johnson is incredible at customer service! We had two of the ReliaG 650 models installed in our double garage and were trying to program a HomeLink entry for a new vehicle in the left bay. We followed the Dodge instructions for HomeLink and it made our unit go to a constant red light and our remote fob not work. We called the 800 number and Tyesha walked us through clearing our base unit, resetting our handheld opener, and setting up the new vehicle's HomeLink system for access from our new car.
