Poor customer support. They make smart door controllers but the set up and instructions are absolutely the worst of any product I’ve purchased.
The instructions were poor and left out an important step.
Once I had it their Aladdin Connect up and running it operates great and all feature work.
I called the 800# for technical service. The expert I spoke with was Felicia. She was absolutely one of the most patient, informative, and customer focused representatives I have ever talked to. Today's companies talk about being Customer Centric. Many fall very short.
Felicia worked me through a process on a product that was 7 years old; "WOW". I never heard anything but positive responses, reassurances, excellent calming tone, and product expertise. Customers need this type of service in this crazy world that fakes Customer Centric / Focus.

Tyesha Johnson is incredible at customer service! We had two of the ReliaG 650 models installed in our double garage and were trying to program a HomeLink entry for a new vehicle in the left bay. We followed the Dodge instructions for HomeLink and it made our unit go to a constant red light and our remote fob not work. We called the 800 number and Tyesha walked us through clearing our base unit, resetting our handheld opener, and setting up the new vehicle's HomeLink system for access from our new car. She was so patient, pleasant and professional that I would recommend your products when supported by Customer Service representative like her. THANK YOU, Tyesha!
