My husband & I both had a good experience at Ohio Eye in Mt Gilead. Dr. Emily Amweg was great and the staff was all very nice. I would deff recommend this place to those looking for a good Eye Dr. Our only problem is, its a pretty good distance to drive for us.

Helped me get through a pretty serious eye injury from a hunting accident (one eye was basically useless for 2 months). Went to more specialized doctors as needed for the brain side of things and got prescriptions to help eye heal faster. Almost entirely back to normal about a year later. They also got me through an eye injury where my kid poked me and it got infected lol. Quality of care was very good both times. Not a huge glasses selection, otherwise no complaints. Staff is very friendly, would recommend!!!

Recently moved here, my glasses broke, an hour away from my regular eye doctor....they repaired them and would not take any payment.... excellent service even though they were obviously busy. Hard to find that in today's environment!
