Do not trust Ryan Homes. Had several issues at move in and now my driveway is falling apart after 2 years and warranty team is blowing me off.

My wife and I have been home searching for 2 1/2 years with no luck so we decided to try out Ryan Homes and we had the best experience thanks to Courtney! We were very nervous at first being first time home buyers but she made the process smooth very helpful and always honest with everything, she didn’t try to upsell us and gave us good tips. We landed in a great neighborhood. Even after we moved in she still checks up on us and we can call her anytime and she’ll be glad to help us thank you Courtney for the awesome experience!!!! We have had an awesome experience at Ryan Homes and our new house in Woodlands at Morrow. My fiancé and I bought here last October and the house was ready to go in 6 months. Kiki in sales was great and extremely helpful.
But let me tell you about the superstar - Dave Brown. If you’re buying here, pray for him to be your project manager. He has been nothing but professional, punctual, and respectful of our time in our new home. As with any new construction built through winter, there may be some leftover items due to weather and such. Nonetheless, Dave has made what we thought would be a daunting process, extremely easy and carefree.
