My experience has been most pleasant, my father, Deward Woods, fell from a stroke back in December and couldn't talk, walk, or control his right side very well. With the help of the doctors and physical therapy he has improved tremendously! I'm very pleased with the help Arbors at Minerva is giving to my father.Thank you,Matthew Woods
Arbors at Minerva, sat in on an Welcome meeting for a family member and the Director of Nursing, Nicole and Social Service LNHA Administrator, Emily gave very informative information in all aspects of medical, scheduling doctor appointments, transport availability, food service, activities and anything that would help him be more comfortable during his stay. Both were very professional and pleasant during the meeting and visit.
Overall the facility is clean. The staff and workers are warm n friendly. My husband says the food is pretty good.Thanks to all of your for your care to those in need. God bless you.
