“I had a full custom color appointment with Katie… my first time coming to salon and meeting her. I’ve not had a better experience than the service she provided last night! I went in with an idea of what I was looking to get done but nothing concrete. She asked all the right questions to help figure out color / cut and such. I have to be up early for work and my appt was late so I apologized to her in advance incase I got sleepy, she immediately told me no worries, to do whatever makes me happy and that was exactly what I needed!! Kind of a “quiet treatment” or whatever the correct terminology is, but it really allowed me to relax and unwind. LEMME TELL YOU ?? THEEE BEST shampoo I’ve ever received IYKYK! I’ve never had a scalp/neck massage while getting my hair done so it was an extra nice touch to the already wonderful experience. Katie was fun, full of life and so so kind! I can’t wait to be in her chair again. I also really loved the esthetic of the salon itself. 100/10 ?“
