The other day I called about a haircut and the lady was Courtney. she was pleasant BOTH times I called. when I went in a short time later that's who I got was Courtney! She was very sweet, kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable! I told her what I wanted and she explained it to me....when she was done, OMG I fell in love with my hair!!!! do you know how at the salon they make it so perfect and at home you can't do it or even near so the haircut was a waste!? Not this one!!!! it's been a few days now and I'm still loving my hair and it's been cooperative!!!!!Thank you Courtney for your expertise and being so darn awesome!!!!

Took my son in there Saturday night to get a cut. the manger did a wonderful job on his hair . I was very Impressed with the hair cut. Fist time ever going to a greatclips! We will be back!
