Clay answered my voicemail within three minutes of calling and drove two hours to troubleshoot and fix our issue. I can't say enough good things about Berlin Heating & Cooling. We had an estimate made last year for central air and decided to wait a year. I called early this summer to schedule and they were able to pull up my paperwork from last year and get me scheduled in within a few weeks and our air has been wonderful.
