We had a great experience with them. Shawn was gracious and came out to check what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable quote. We had quite a few people our prior with quotes and Berlin heating and cooling seem to be the best quality for the price we needed! I would recommend.

Wow, what a great company! recently we had our Geothermal system go down, another company did not know how to fix the problem. We called out Berlin Heating and Cooling and they sent out 2 guys the same day and got us up and running. They will 100% be doing our maintenance from now on. we also referred them to my Family who needed a new System and they installed a new Rheem Furnace and AC. My Family was very happy with the Professionalism and Sales process and they love their new Heating System it is very quiet and comfortable.

We purchased a newly built home that Berlin Heating and Cooling had installed the HVAC system in. Our house wasn't heating properly, so we called the emergency line since it's 20 degrees outside. Clay answered my voicemail within three minutes of calling and drove two hours to troubleshoot and fix our issue.
