“We bought our acrylic tub from New Bath approximately eight years ago. Justin was our installer, and he did a fantastic job. About a month ago we noticed some dark spots on the tub approximately seven or eight spots we thought was something to do with the acrylic messing up. I tried cleaning them and they would not go away. We called new Bath, and they got a hold of Justin, and he called immediately and came the next day. He said it looked like we had spilled something on there, but it was not an acrylic problem. He had some cleaner he used and it took just a few minutes, and it was just like new. Justin was informative and polite. I highly recommend Justin for any job you need done. Thank you“

“Dated. Cigarette smell + Fabreeze cover up unbearable smell stench depending on your sensitivity level. Housekeeping worked their best, hardest and tried to keep up with cleaning.... but one person cannot keep an entire hotel clean. Not enough staff for proper hygiene. I hope things improve for them.“
