We had a great experience getting a new roof on our home. Jim prepared our estimate, even doing a temporary fix to block a leak he spotted. His crew was on time and did a great job protecting our windows and siding and our new roof looks great! The team was friendly and respectful. They put a new roof on my house 10 years ago and when I lost some shingles from the high winds we experienced recently they came out the same day to repair them! Not only did they fix the roof, they also repaired my siding that they did not install, customer service seems to be very rare these days, but they fixed my problems and more and asked for nothing in return! ACE went up and above my expectations!I was out of town could not be there for the roof installation and repair of the chimney. I had no idea what to expect. But was hoping for the best! It was because of previous reviews /references from personal friends/family members, decided to go with this company. I did have 4 other estimates. All coming in pretty close to each other.They communicated via text message letting me know what day they would arrive.
