This is my favorite place to get eye exams and glasses. The Dr is great! He is patient and caring. He takes the time to make sure you eye exam is perfect. The staff when picking out eyewear are friendly and helpful. Some of the best people you could hope for. They have an absolute fantastic selection of glasses. Just as good as any of the higher end places. They offer Rayban, Oakly, Hurley, even Meta glasses. The last pair of glasses I ordered were ready in 4 days! 4 DAYS! 100% 10/10 I can't say enough about how great this place is. Just to be transparent. I'm speaking of the Milford, Ohio location.

Ive been using this eyecenter for over 15 years now. Ive never had a bad experience with them as far as customer service or Dr issues. I ve been through two different Dr s with the same result. Friendly customer service and a laid back Eye Dr that listens to what I would like. Some of these 1 star reviews are petty in my opinion. Everyone has bad days.... read full review

I'm trying to be fair about this review. I'm not insta-1star'ing like many did that have the same complaint as me. It's reassuring to see they had the same experience though.Does the Optometrist, William King do his job as far as diagnosing problems? Yes.That being said, I've seen him twice now. Once for me, once for my daughter. Both times he is just constantly condescending and rude. God forbid you ask a question because he quite literally makes a scoffing noise and rolls his eyes at you. While he makes you feel tiny and ignorant, he won't even make eye contact with you.I can assure you I am not a person that comes in nasty and demanding.... read full review
