I've been using them for over a year, and my order is always ready and cleaned and pressed to my satisfaction. I've also used them for minor repairs such as replacing a button. The service is always prompt, polite and friendly. If I could change anything it would be their hours of 9am to 6pm, which isn't very convenient for those who work/commute. They do offer pick/delivery services, but it would be nice to have extended hours at least for one weekday. It's not enough of a concern for me to look elsewhere.

They fit me in last minute on a Friday evening and had 2 suits ready to go the next morning (Saturday)! I couldn't be more pleased. Prices were extremely fair and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I don't need dry cleaning often (this was maybe the second time), but I will definitely be using Valetone for all my future needs!

Valetone was affordable, their staff was very accommodating, and the work was done quickly. When I mentioned that I had to travel to a business meeting later that month they individually bagged each shirt to reduce wrinkling while in transit. This was my first experience but I will be back.
