My 20yo AC stopped working. Fan running but not the compressor. Ken came out the following day and quickly diagnosed and repaired the wires which had been chewed through and replaced the capacitor at a fair price. Very happy to recommend this company. UPDATE 5/26/26: Once again the old AC outdoor fan was running and no cold air coming out of the vents. Called Ashcraft in the morning and by the same afternoon the repairman showed up at my house. This time the compressor was running and he quickly determined that the problem was low refrigerant and the repair took less than an hour. Chris has been taking care of my HVAC for many years ... starting with keeping my old oil furnace functioning and then replacing my entire system. Very reliable and cost effective. I wouldn't call anyone else!

They never fail to come through, so blessed to have found them. My family has been using them for a couple of years now & they have never let us down.
