We hired TNR Cleancare to remodel a very outdated bathroom. Randall explained how the shower would be waterproofed, and what he and his one-man crew (Eric) would be providing as far as labor and materials (drywall, waterproofing products, paint, electrical, etc.). It was our responsibility to purchase major items like tile, flooringvanity, water fixtures, lighting, shower door, and toilet for them to install. We ordered from Floor and Decor, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Amazon. That way, we could have what we wanted and not have to be constrained by a dollar amount quoted by the contractor.
