Recently had a leak from the roof that caused damage in two rooms of the house. The cleanup was done wonderfully and very professional. I especially liked the quick responses and follow through. Thank each one of you.
We had a customer really concerned about resulting damage from defrosting frozen pipes. Chris and Kenny took as much time as needed to personally talk the customer thru the process. Their attention to detail and caring demeanor is unmatched!
Jeff and his helpers did a great job this week. He always kept me informed, he was punctual, very knowledgeable, was very respectful of my home and was very easy to work with. He was FAST and tidy, and I would highly recommend this company to who ever needs restoration services. Ray and Jeff were very courteous, always available to answer all my questions and I greatly appreciate their help!
