There a lot talent in this business and a lot of heart. Been going there for over 20 years. Never ever been disappointed. SCISSOR SENSATIONS is a class act and Middletowns hidden gem.

So first, I want to say that the ladies at this salon do a great job and are very talented. Always looks great! Only 3 stars because good luck getting them to answer their phone. I have tried to make an appointment the past 3 times I needed my hair done and called over and over - different days - different times of the day and nothing. I get the answering machine. And I have left a message and no call back. So IF you are lucky enough to get them to actually answer, they are worth a try. How do you get business if you never answer the phone!?! Just very frustrating.

Mary Jackson was excellent! I've been searching for a new stylist for a year. I don't need to look any further. The staff is friendly and the shoppe is clean. I would highly recommend Scissor Sensation. And Debbie Trousdale is an excellent manicurist.
