I took my dog there that had extremely long nails because I had been to about 5 different groomers and every time I got her established with them and taking her regular they would go out of business or never answer their phone. I finally tried Lucy's, which I wish I would have done in the first place. She did a great job on her nails, I have an appointment set up to go back, and I feel like she will get my dogs nails where they need to be again.

Maybe post that not excepting new or old customers, just because I haven't been there in over a year, did you think maybe I lost my pet and with a new pet I have to look elsewhere with who I thought could trust. Bye

Our pups love Lucy and Juan so much. One of our pups Meko has a lot of anxiety and he isn’t phased when he is there! It’s such a relief for us knowing he isn’t nervous being there. They truly love our fur babies and we appreciate their consistent care. We will never trust anyone else with grooming!

We take our three dogs for grooming, our dogs come out happy, smelling and looking great. One of our dogs hates baths and we always had a hard time doing ourselves but Lucy and her team makes it a good experience for her. Highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough kind words about the staff at Lucy’s. They are wonderful, kind and patient. Our German Shepard is anxious and stand off ish to most people outside of our family. They had him come in for an hour trial and were very patient with him. There is no question they are pet people that want the best for your pet. After 7 days our beloved “Boof” was returned happy and healthy. I am so glad I found Lucy’s. Customer for life!

I'm a double amputee who has taken my dog to Lucys for grooming several times. Obviously I have to get a ride there as I cannot drive. I took my dog in on the appointed time, but they said they would have to keep her for 3+ hours, at which point my ride said we wouldn't be able tp pick her up. So we canceled the appointment. Lucys then turned around and canceled me by telling me they no longer wanted my business....Shabby professionalism to say the least - and maybe against the law given I am a handicapped person...I can find other dog groomers who are less prejudiced against those of us who have a hard time in life given our handicap...

Lucy does such a beautiful job with my two ESS girls. She treats them very lovingly and they always come back to me just as perfect as can be - and very nearly trimmed. Their coats almost sparkle afterwards, as you can see in the pictures.Most importantly, I trust Lucy and team to treat my girls well when they’re in her care.
