I always use this as my go to place for medical care when I don't feel I need a hospital but I need quick immediate medical care. The doctors and nurse aids are always so polite and understanding and helpful.
All 3 Ladies at this place were so kind, considerate and compassionate. I cannot thank them enough for helping me this morning. I had tried a different facility closer to my home and was turned away so I am very thankful for all the effort and care I received thank you so much
Today was A very pleasant experience overall.. l definitely recommend this location. It’s close to my house and overall even the time spent waiting ( was only about an hour and ten minutes) was reasonable… five star experience at this urgent care. From start to finish, everyone was kind, patient, and thorough.
The front desk woman with the nice hair who handled my insurance was so welcoming and efficient, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. My nurse, Crystal, was absolutely amazing ,caring, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
