Customer service is amazing. Honest and reliable company. Don’t have to worry about getting scammed by some big company like Apollo. I would highly recommend Mark and A&A heating and air!! I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.
I had a company who came into our home to diagnosis my furnace problem. I was told I needed a gas valve and their estimate was $1,200.00.
After calling to get a price for a gas valve, I was told its $205.00. Hmm ?. That told me I was going to be charged $1,000.00 for labor for what I was told would take 1 hour. I called the company and asked for a breakdown of their charges. Didn’t get one, so I cancelled my appointment.
Luckily I was referred to Mark at A & A. He came the next day. He asked me if i really needed a new gas Valve ? I laughed, & said, so I was told???

Installed a new Goodman a/c today for a great price. Mark did a great job and made friends with my yapping dog ? Worked quickly, very organized and efficient. Now I will call him to install my hot water heater.
