Mark was amazing! He fit is in for an emergency call. We ended up needing to replace our furnace. He did absolutely everything he could to get the old one going. The new unit was very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and what he charged. Wish I could give him 10 stars not just 5! Thankyou!
I had a company who came into our home to diagnosis my furnace problem. I was told I needed a gas valve and their estimate was $1,200.00.
After calling to get a price for a gas valve, I was told its $205.00. Hmm ?. That told me I was going to be charged $1,000.00 for labor for what I was told would take 1 hour. I called the company and asked for a breakdown of their charges. Didn’t get one, so I cancelled my appointment.
Luckily I was referred to Mark at A & A. He came the next day. He asked me if i really needed a new gas Valve ? I laughed, & said, so I was told???

Customer service is amazing. Honest and reliable company. Don’t have to worry about getting scammed by some big company like Apollo. I would highly recommend Mark and A&A heating and air!! I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.
