I started a little over a month ago and I have loved it every time I have went. I am somewhat timid but every time I leave a class I feel a little bit better about myself and more confident. Ben, Cindy, Moe, Pam, and the other leaders there (their names I can't remeber... sorry!) are all so helpful, kind, and non-judgmental. It's a very uplifting family environment and I can't wait to get my kid involved when he is old enough! Worth every penny. If you need some confidence in yourself, a desire to feel more confident with self defense, or want to be more fit... this is a GREAT way to start.
