Purchased a 135 ah dual purpose battery last may. Had a small glitch in it just recently. Called Millertech to see what I could do. At the moment there was no techs available. So fella on phone got my info and next day aired me a new battery. You cannot ask for any better customer service that that. I just recieved battery today Monday and talked to them Friday. Would definitely recommend them for products and customer service. Very satisfied customer here.

I switched my bassboat and 36v system to lithium batteries and chose Millertech in June of 2022. Preparing for tournament season in June 2025, i had a few batteries that were giving me trouble. After explaining the situation via email, Millertech sent me replacements at no cost of my own, paid shipping to return my old ones, and i am now ready for our bass tournament season without missing any weeks. Honestly, the difference between battery companies this day and age is customer service, and Millertech's is second to none. How they stand behind and support their product is what separates them from other brands or cheaper products. highly recommend!
