Middlefield Pet Hospital is a favorite local vet clinic known for straightforward, honest care without unnecessary upselling. The veterinarian provides excellent care, reasonable prices, and honest answers in quick, efficient appointments. The staff is friendly, wonderful, and compassionate, treating pets with genuine care and patiently answering all questions. Owners note that the practice makes them feel their pet is not just a dollar sign. A minor point is that owners are not allowed to be with their pet during certain procedures, and mask policies for staff can be inconsistent. Overall, it is a fantastic place highly recommended for its wonderful and caring service.
We've tried all the vets in the area, and this is by far our favorite. No nonsense, straightforward type of doctor, not going to try to upsell and offer tests and treatments that aren't necessary. Her prices are great, quick and efficient appointments. We are very pleased and highly recommend her!
We have been going here for a decade or longer. Many dogs of ours have been taken care of by Dr Jane. Very good care and reasonable prices. She'll give you honest answers. We had to go elsewhere because she does not do tooth surgery. Wish she did!
