I hired them to put new gutters on my home and garage. Their sales department is very aggressive and prices are high, but they have an excellent warranty. The work was done promptly and appears to be good. Installers were very nice.
My gripe is with the payment and financing. The salesman told me one story about billing. The accounting department told me another and the company handling the financing has given me a third story, costing me additional money! 🤬
I would NEVER hire this company again no matter how good the work because I cannot trust what they are telling me!
After a not so good experience with another company, we went with Unique to convert the shower in our second bathroom. It was a night and day difference. The installers were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and all there is left is a little dust here and there. In basically a day and a half, they completed the conversion and it is gorgeous. I cannot recommend them enough and will be contacting them for any future home improvement needs.
I had a new back door installed. The outside frame was rotting and the original door itself pretty beat up. 2 technicians came out, and it took only a few short hours to install. They put up a barrier to keep dust and debris outside. When it was done, took extra care to reinstall alarm and remove all debris including the door, and moved back furniture. The door was expensive, but totally worth it! Both men friendly, professional and competent. Very happy with the results!
