I love this gym and the community it is building. I have worked with multiple trainers and all of them push you to be your best self. I have been working with Coach Radu and he is amazing. He is committed to helping you reach your goals.

I absolutely love this gym. Everyone is friendly. They offer a variety of classes for both kids and adults. Coach Radu is amazing he is so positive and always cheering you on to the best you can be.

Great gym with a really good layout. You can tell it was thought through. We tried 9 gyms in the area before settling on this one because it had proper squat rack platforms, a core area, bars, good overall equipment and also resistance bands and other helpful things like barbell pads and foam rollers. The culture seems positive and encouraging and everyone is always looking out for one another vs trying to compete or make it competitive. I've always had people come spot me, or help me with form if I needed help.
