I was moving out of a rental house and lost my spare keys. Dan was able to come out the same day I called and gave me a more than fair price to re key 4 locks! He was also able to turn it from 3 different keys into 2. Would 100% reccomend this small bussiness owner over any mainstream company as customer service surley matters here!
Went in on a Saturday, and the shop was pretty empty which made service really quick. Liz was working that day, and she was really nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend calling in before you go just to make sure they are open.
The gentleman that helped me was on his way to a lock out but still took the time to quickly make some key copies for me! The previous place I went incorrectly copied the keys so I'm very grateful for the gentleman that got me taken care of!
