They open at eight. Their phones don’t come on till 8:30. It’s 8:45. Phones still aren’t on. Med refills take at least two days. I like my PA and counselor. Sometimes there’s a nice girl at the front desk and sometimes there’s a dismissive lady. Which is fine cause most of the time I have video appointments.

Out patient front desk staff were rude and dismissive. They didn't respond to my pharmacy's requests for authorization for weeks. Delaying getting medication. Completely unacceptable.

I’m only giving it one star because zero wasn’t an option. My grandpa was admitted on Monday the 18th, where we were told he would receive medical attention from the doctor right away, he would be put into group therapy & be along side of likeminded people. Instead, he was locked up in his room with no tv, no personal belongings, no group therapy, & no doctor either. All doors are electronically locked, which is understandable, but they never explained that to him. The nurses were told that he needs hearing aids, but they locked his hearing aids up & wouldn’t allow him to have them.
