Went in today for my first colonoscopy. Everything ran smooth as silk. Checked in at the desk in the Endoscopy department and was brought back to my room within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I was seen by the anesthesiologist and given the game plan. I was then whisked away into the procedure room, given my dreamland mix via IV drip. After a brief dream about riding to Sturgis, I woke up to find everything done and nurses hovering over me. Absolutely brilliant experience from beginning to end (pun intended). All the staff were friendly and courteous. Southwest is a top notch hospital in a city loaded with world class hospitals.
I cannot say enough of what a great hospital this is. I was recently in the hospital for nine days and from the time I arrived in the Emergency Room until the time I was discharged nine days later, I had nothing but a great experience w/all the doctor's and the nurses. My entire care team were amazing. I don't have one complaint. The care and concern that I received from everyone was the best. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Great place as well as great worker's. Keep up the good work!
